At the core of the work of ZNNP+ is the building of the capacity of its various structures in Zimbabwe. This includes individuals, support groups and community based organisations. Enhancing the capacity of these structures focus on treatment literacy, gender, non-communicable diseases, sexual and reproductive health rights, grants management, leadership and other upcoming issues so that these structures are strengthened and are able to respond to the needs of PLHIV in their diversity.
