National Executive Committee

• The NEC (National Membership Committee, NMC) is to be comprised of the 10 elected Provincial Chairpersons, a woman representative, a youth representative, an advocacy representative and a CBO representative
• The NMC (NEC) shall elect one amongst themselves or any other member who has been appointed as Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Vice Secretary or Treasurer at provincial level as National Chairperson, Secretary, Vice Chairperson, Vice Secretary and or Treasurer.

Provincial Executive Committee

• The ZNNP+ membership in each province shall, from amongst its members, elect a Provincial Executive Committee made up of the district Chairpersons, one provincial youth representative and a provincial representative of the Network of Positive Women in the province and whose members shall hold office for two years
• From each Provincial Executive Committee the ZNNP+ membership in that province shall elect a Chairperson, vice-Chairperson, Secretary, Vice Secretary and Treasurer Committee members. Such office bearers shall hold office for two years and shall be eligible to serve two terms of office
• All members of the Provincial Executive Committee (PEC) shall retain their positions at the district level but relinquish their positions at Support Group level.
• A Provincial Executive Committee shall have the power to co-opt members onto the committee on the basis of their skills; such co-opted members shall not exceed one quarter of the Committee membership and shall have no voting rights.
• Provincial Executive Committee shall be responsible for:
  • reviewing reports from districts,
  • networking, planning provincial activities
  • assessment of new members and reporting thereon to the NMC (NEC).

District Executive Committee

• There shall be a district Committee made up of ward committee chair persons, one district youth representative and one district representative for Network for Positive Women.
• The Committee shall have an executive Committee comprising of a chair person, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Vice Secretary, Treasurer and Committee members.
• Such office bearers shall hold office for two years and shall be eligible for reelection to serve another term of office.
• Networking, planning provincial activities,
• Assessment of new members and reporting thereon to the PEC.

Ward Executive Committee

• There shall be a ward Committee made up of Support Group Chairpersons, one ward youth representative and one ward representative for positive women
• The Committee shall have an executive Committee comprising of a chair person, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Vice Secretary, Treasurer and committee members
• Such office bearers shall hold office for two years and shall be eligible for re-election to serve another term of office.
